Drug-Resistant Staph Infection Spreads to Gyms, Day Care

MRSA, a penicillin-resistant strain of S. aureus common in hospitals, is showing up in gyms, day care centers, and other group settings. The disease is spread by close skin-to-skin contact, crowding, and sharing contaminated items.
