Chesapeake Blue Crab Population Stable, But Low

Blue crabs in the Chesapeake Bay are holding steady, but fishing limits are still needed, according to the Chesapeake Bay Commission. They estimated the blue crab population last year at about 350 million, up several million from a low point in 2001.
