Pollution Site Looks Like a Scene From a Sci-Fi Movie

Lawrence Aviation Industries, a titanium manufacturer, and its owner, Gerald Cohen, have been indicted for illegally storing more than 11 tons of corrosive hazardous waste at its 125 acre Long Island plant, turning the site into a poisonous set out of a science fiction movie, a federal prosecutor said.
